2007 Chevy Avalanche high idle

I have a chevy avalanche, just to have the check engine light on with a p0121 which is for the tps, I went to the dealership to ask for the part an they suggest me to clean the tps with a rag a tps liquid which a did, the code is not there any more but ny car is in a high idle, what you recommend to do.

I'm pretty sure you put it back on wrong. When you took it off, was there a kind of tension on it? It will need to be put back on exactly the way it came off, with the same amount of tension.

I didn't took the tps apart. I've cleaned that in place, that's why I don't know what happened.

Clean the throttle plate, and look for any unattached vacuum hoses around the area where the tps is. I'm going to look the vehicle up and see if I can find anything

I dont even see a throttle position sensor for this vehicle in my diagrams. And only have one engine size, what size engine is this, and where was the item(tps) that you cleaned?

I think your throttle plate is stuck slightly ajar. Take that tube off in the picture and clean around in there with throttlebody cleaner, and work the throttle plate back and forth, you may need to spray a little wd 40 on the linkage, and just work it until it loosens up and goes back to normal
