1995 Astro Van 136,000 Km's.....The Drivers window will only go down a little at a time and up as well. The passenger window won't go down at all. Several attempts were made at trying to repair the vehicle with the dealer, but were unsuccessful. What could the problem be. This has been going on for a few years.
