Chevrolet Astro Repair Question

Squeaky seat belt
2003 Chevy Astro with 34,000 miles, 4.3L V6 engine. Just bought this. Second row driver's side seat belt has an intolerable squeak down inside the mechanism somewhere. How can I get to it? It looks impossible.
