Fuel pump

I have a astro van 2003, 60,000 miles, there is no power at fuel pump I have checked fuses and relay also provide power from battery to the conections of the relay and nothing, the fuel pump haven't received any power, and I can't find a safety switch, thank you.

Do you have power at the brown wire on the relay-if not the problem is coming from the PCM
