1994 Chevrolet Astro Repair Question

1994 Chevy Astro Replacement rear axle , passenger side
I have been experiencing difficulty locating an axle to replace mine. I have tore out 3 axles from Astro Vans and axles are not the same. These axles don't fit because the gears are smaller on mine and the ones i pulled are larger. Have you got any suggestions or reason why i am experiencing this difficulty
