Car wont start first time

My suv wont start the first time, I always have to turn it over two times in order to get it to start?

Been that way since new? Recent tune? Recent repairs? Fuel clenaer used on regular bases?

Just bought a couple months ago and I thought was user error. The first try to start will make all the noise to turn over but neverr does. Second time perfect?

Have done no recent tunes, or repairs but have been using cleaner thought that would fix issue but still same.
