Good morning,

Why did you replace the fuel pump? Did you test for power?

You need 3 things to run, spark, fuel pressure and compression.

I would start with a fuel pressure test. Can you hear the pump run?

The next thing is the spark. remove a spark plug wire and test for spark when cranking.

Lastly, you need to do a compression test. This will tell if the valve timing.
