Car is not picking up the speed while flooring the accelerator pedal, even the though engine rpm increases from 1500 to 3000. But the car will move at 10 KM/H.

Sometimes will driving around the speed of 30-40 KM/H the car will automatically shifts the gear down to the 2nd gear and will not shift the gear any more. Even though the rpm will increase as floor the accelerator but the acceleration is not according to the rev meter but the engine is making sound more then usual.

Also, when you launch the car it first drop the rpm down and than pick the acceleration.

You're describing a slipping transmission. You should not be driving the car like that or be trying to make it move. The slipping clutch packs will overheat very quickly and cause the transmission fluid to become burned and lose its lubricating properties. That will result in serious internal damage and the need to have the transmission rebuilt. The more you try to drive it, the more parts will be damaged and have to be replaced. You need to see a transmission specialty shop or a mechanic who is experienced at working on automatic transmissions. It is entirely possible this all started with a fluid leak and now the fluid level is low. That has the potential to be a very inexpensive repair. Continuing to drive like this has the potential to turn into a very expensive repair.
