Car unused and left for 6 years what should I do

I have left Toyata camry 2007 GLX model which was barely used for 3 months in year September 2007 without any prior preparation. This car was parked in shade and was untouched for last 6 years. If I have to use this car now, what should I do with car.

Should try to start the car by using a new battery or take it garage and get an overhaul?

Please advise.

It won't need an overhaul. However, you need to get the old fuel out of the tank, fuel lines, and fuel rail. I would recommend that you drain the tank, replace the fuel filter, and blow out all the fuel lines. Once you have done that, replace the battery and see if it will start. It should. My only other concern is if mice or something has gotten into the wiring and damaged it.
