Me and my dad were replacing the old engine with a new one and we had the front wheels off so we could disconnect the axels and while we were raising the engine out the car rolled forward and off the jack stands and the front end is now sitting on the ground and we don't have enough room to roll a car jack under the car and I would like to know what I should do to raise it back up and back on the stands.

Obviously you are going to have to find a very low profile jack and find a part of the car that you can get under with it. You may have to do it in steps by using blocks until you can get the jack under the normal jacking point.
If you can't seem to accomplish this somehow, your only option is to call a tow truck to lift it for you.

Next time use jack stands of block of wood. That could have been you under that car.
