Yes I know trying to go 10 mph in 5th gear is not good, however when first starting in first gear, it seams to act as if I let the clutch out and it starts jerking. The problem is that this also happens in 4th gear at any speed below 45 mph. The same happens in 5th gear up to 60 mph. I decided to check the oil. It appeared to be low so I added some, and the problem still continues. The engine runs fine when in neutral or at higher RPM, this problem began around 2 days ago. And only happens when I am giving the car gas.

From you description it sounds like your clutch is going out or the pressure plate the clutch engages on is warped causing the jerking feeling when letting the clutch out. Also check the motor mounts as broken motor mounts allow more movement and vibration to transfer into the vehicle's body (Probably not the cause but its a possibility).
