1.6 liter engine - 4 Cyl -Twin overhead Cam -Cylinder 1 has just under 100 lbs compression; Cylinder 2 has 120 lbs compression; Cylinder 3 has 0 lbs compression; Cylinder 4 has just under 100 lbs compression; I did a Spark Plug check test - Spark plugs DO spark; I have installed a New rotor & Distributor cap & Plugs & Plug Wires & a New Coil & have also checked the Ignition Control Module & This also works properly. I checked also that fuel flowed THROUGH the fuel filter. What else could be the reason for the vehicle to NOT start Please ?
