what causes exhaust fumes coming into the car when the heater is running; especially when the car is stopped or moving slowly? the coil pack was just replaced; is this related?

an exhaust leak would cause fumes to come in through the heater. a coil pack would not cause this,check the exhaust it's probably a very small leak.post back with any other questions.
