Horn stopped working

2002 Cadillac SLS V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 53000 miles
need to repair horn by isolating problem to relay or horn or switch on steering wheel. need location of horn relay to repair/replace.

horn relay is located in the underhood fuse block, on right side of engine compartment near the power steering pump..don't forget to check horn fuse as well..
