I recently install a new master cylinder, and now I'm getting a service brake fluid level switch

Assuming that the brake fluid is full, disconnect the level sensor. If the message goes away, replace the sensor. It coul be possible that the float is stuck in the reservoir. With an ohmmeter, you can check the sensor. If there is continuity, then the sensor is indicating low fluid.
