POSSIBLE FALSE CODES 0741 ANS 1860
I have a 2000 Cadillac Seville SLS with the 4.6l Northstar engine and 127,000 miles on the car. The waterpump failed and I replaced it but I started getting codes 0741 and 1860 after driving about a mile or so after initial start-up. I can clear out the codes and won't get any codes while driving untill the car has sat and is restarted. The car runs fine and shifts fine so I'm wondering if the codes are caused by coolant that leaked onto the wiring harness below the waterpump. HELP! : Cry:
