2002 Cadillac Seville no remote unlock

2002 Cadillac Seville V8 Front Wheel Drive Automatic 92000 miles
hi,
All of a sudden this morning my car will not lock or unlock with the remote. It receives the signals and flashes the exterior lights...but the interior lights do not turn on...even manually.Also, the emergency brake fails to release automatically when I put the car in gear.
I cannot figure out which fuse or relay can be causing this. Anybody have any idea...even what fuse description abreviation? And which fuse box...hood or under rear seat?
