1999 Cadillac Seville Air Conditioning Issues

I would like to know the cause and how to repair a hot and cold air conditioning issue. With the thermostat turned to 60 degrees I get cold air out of the passengers side and hot air out of the drovers side. Can you help?

It is low on freon, get it recharged
