i have a rotten smell coming out of the supply side of the a/c vents.#2 my moon roof tilts but doesn't slide to open.

The rotten smell could be as little as mildew, or it wouldn't be the first time, a rodent got in there.

On the moonroof, if it is factory, it could be the module. The vent and the slide switch share a common ground within the module, and the powers are individual, but from the module. It could also be the switch, the switch could be bench tested.
