1996 Cadillac Seville Two Wheel Drive Automatic

The fuse block that houses the fuse for the trunk and gas filler door release is not under the hood. I was told to check the fuse block in the trunk. I have torn the trunk lining apart and cannot locate a fuse block in the trunk. Can anyone tell me where to locate the fuse for convenience accessories?

Did you pull the lining that covers the underside of the rear shelf and runs down the back of the rear seat. The fuse panel should be on the lower drivers side behind that liner.
