I locked my keys in the trunk while changing oil,
the car is unlocked, I don't have the remote
it's on the key chain, The trunk release in
glove box won't work without key in
ignition. Anybody know any tricks?

I have done this at a auto auction where I used to work. I had the same thing happen but it was a diferent kind of car. I used a small wire from the battery to the switch in the glove box. I was able to get to the back of the switch and touched the wire for a second to energize the switch as I pushed the button and the trunk opened. I don't know if this will work on your car or even if it is recomended. You could take the back seat out and get to the trunk that way to get the keys out. The only way other than stated is to get a locksmith or go to dealers with the key numbers and get new ones made.

MJ you are the man,
Worked like a charm with the wire, had already
tried to pull down the back seat but would
have done to much damage. The wire popped
it right open. You need to change your name to
McGyver.
Thanks again

Thats ok, I am here to help people if I can. I can't see someone spending big money on repairs when they don't have to have done. Some moderators are good at more technical things but I just look at the practical things.
