Air conditioner works fine when (jumpered on) however it can't be turned on using the car's controls. Is it most likely the heater/ac control panel or the air cond. programmer that's at fault ? Have used a scan tool to command it on but it's always recogniized as being off ? THANKS mIKE s. 1996 sls 4.6 engine
