I have a 89 Cadillac Brougham RWD with about 98K miles. The check engine light came on so i had the diagnostics ran and they could not get a code. Finally they came to the conclusion that the ECM was bad so i replaced it. The light is still on, the car still don't start on the first try, and the Heat/AC is not working? What could it be?
