1990 Cadillac Fleetwood ignition

1990 Cadillac Fleetwood V8 Front Wheel Drive Automatic 120000 miles
someone tried to steal my 1990 cadillac fleetwood, in doing so they tore off the part of the ignition that reads the microchip in the key. Is there a way that I can bypoass this security featureso that I can still start my car?

Sorry, it is all wired to the cars computer.Has to be there.You can buy a lock/tumbler that is coded(dealer) and have any shop install it and it should work
