where is my cabin filte? or if it don't have one how can i get rid off the smell coming thru the AC.

don't believe they are equipped with cabin filter from factory. the smell is probably caused from moisture build up on the evaporator core behind the dash. only way to get rid of it is to remove the HVAC system piece by piece and clean it all well.
