2002 Cadillac Escalade Reduce engine power

I have a 02 escalde the problem I'm having is when I turn it on computer message says reduce engine power also it says stubility systum when I try to push the gas pedle the rpm does not go up

That is usually in response to a fault with the drive-by-wire, or throttle actuator control system. What you are experiencing is limp-home mode. There is no sure-shot cause for this. It will have code(s) in the system, possible that you have a faulty throttle unit, or accelerator pedal position sensor fault. Both of these items house two sensors that cross check each other.
