2002 Cadillac Escalade V8 All Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a 2002 Escalade which in 2008 started to have problems. This problem only occurs when you have been driving for a long period of time. I will be driving for about 45 minutes and when I go to take a sharp turn to the left or right, it will sound as though I have a flat tire, It will feel as though where my feet are that something is cutting into something. It gives the same effect as if you had a flat tire while turning. I've had it taken to the dealer several times and spent $6000 and they still have not fixed it. Does anyone out there know what the heck this annoying money sucking problem could be? Its been doing this now for over a year. Feels really unsafe when it is doing this. You can hear a bumping noise where the drivers feet are under the truck. The truck will act as though the tires are rubbing against the wheel wells or something. Very embarassing and unsafe feeling. IT DOES NOT DO THIS ALL THE TIME, ONLY ON DRIVES LASTING 30MINUTES OR MORE.

Has any front wheel bearings been replaced, perhaps the left side. A wheel bearing can make noise turning to one direction and not the other due to the side loading. The repairs that have been made, are they after duplication of this problem? It is possible also, that the front diff has a scored bearing. The left side bearing is usually the one that goes, as the adjuster tab breaks, and preload is lost.
