I'm trying to locate the fuse for the trunk pull down on a 1989 Eldorado Cadillac. The owner's manual says it's in the "interior relay panel located under the right side of dash panel" but I've looked everywhere and can't find another fuse panel. There's one in the glove box and another under the hood but neither contain this fuse. Any help out there will be appreciated.
