2000 Cadillac EL Dorado Heater/AC Controls

My heater controls are stuck so that the driver side of the air ducts respond to the temp setting but the passenger side stays cold all the time regardless of the temp setting. Switching to dual mode or single mode in the controls does not fix the problem.

Up on top of the gas petal to the right of it is an actuator for the ducks, move the heater controls and see if it is moving
