1990 Cadillac EL Dorado battery drain

I think my trunk pull down is causing my batery to go dead. I have taken the fuse in glove box out.

Can you hear the release solenoid at trunk working without pushing button? The pull down unit is a magnet reversible motor that pulls the striker down, can you hear this motor running?
