I put my car in gear and the parking brake released. When doing so it snapped the relay so the light doesn't go off when it is off. I am just asking how do I find this part. The web sends me every which way but loose looking at brake problems. I have no brake problems or brake fluid problems.

It is a switch mounted to the park brake actuator. I believe it has a single light blue wire attached to it. Here is a procedure, it calls for removing the complete actuator, but I am not sure that is necessary. The pictures don't do much justice, but it's all I have.
