how do you disassemble the rear passenger door panel to do work on the windows?

DOOR CONTROL MODULE
Removal & Installation
Run window to full down position. With manual lock knob in unlock position, use flat-blade tool to disengage locking clip in service notch at front of knob.
With door inside door handle in open position, use flat-blade tool in lower front corner to remove bezel.
Remove screw retaining inside door handle. Use Clip Zip Tool (J36796) to release 8 retainers holding trim panel to door.
Push panel upward to release trim panel from door, disconnect electrical connector and remove trim panel.
To install, reverse removal procedure.
