This morning smoke cafe from under the hood. I raised the hood looking at the motor a belt was cooking. I do not know what this belt is for or if it is safe to drive to a repair shop. Can you identify the belt for me? The serpentine belt is on the other side of the motor.

if its on the drivers side its the water pump belt, the tensioner or water pump failed, do not drive it far or at all
