Oil light contiues to come on while driving and everytime it does the car results in cutting off.   The oil pressure is correct and problem still occurs.

Teh fuel pump is triggered through the oil pressure switch, if the switch doesnt see oil pressure it shuts down the fuel pump. Have a manual gauge installed to verify good oil pressure, most likely a bad oil pressure sender/switch
