1995 Cadillac Deville 6 cyl Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 79000 miles

What does it mean when the "traction enabled" light keeps coming on and the gas pedals seems to come up and will not allow you to press it back down. This happens while car is in motion and just started once a tire was put on vehicle. Please help.

Abs is acitivated, for traction, scan the codes and post them, off and warmer on heater controls with key in the on posision, look at IP for the codes
