1992 Cadillac Deville surging and stalling

My Cadillac has no power when you push the gas all the way. We replaced the MAP, EGR, 02, Fuel pressure regulator, egr solenoid control valve, cadatic converter, plugs/wires, fuel filter, and just about everything else. The diagnostic dosent show any error codes and its driving me crazy. The car was so bad before replacing these things that it wouldn't even do 30mph. Now, when you push the gas it acts like theres not enough fuel being sent to the motor. Can you please help me with this issue. Thank you very much. Daniel.

The cadillac dealer perfomed a diognostic a week ago and they said there wasent anything wrong. Thanx. Daniel
