1992 Cadillac Deville Smoke from throttle

I just finished installing heli coils in to my head bolt holes. I replaced all gaskets from the heads up and ensured everything was torqued to spec. Once everything was together, I attempted to start the car and it does not turn over. Smoke comes out of the throttle body. Any ideas on what I can do to troubleshoot this issue or should I just pull the entire engine apart, ensure nothing broke (push rods bent, gaskets broken, etc.) and put it back together and hope for the best?
