'06 CTS unibody damage

I am in the process of buying an '06 Cadillac CTS with 28000 miles and a v6 automatic. I received a Carfax from the dealer stating no problems with the car. I then ordered a report of my own and went thru Autocheck. In my report it states that the vehicle has unibody damage. What does that mean? There were no accidents reported in either report so how does a car get unibody damage?

It is highly likely that there has been some damage to the unibody at some point. It may have been repaired without going through the insurance company. If damage isn't reported to the insurance company it is very possible it will not show up on the carfax.
