1998 Cadillac Concours Repair Question

1998 Cadillac Concours bad engine idle
engine jumping .........when its in park and drive and smoke coming out of exhaust when i stop at the stop light today the whole car shut off so i had to put it in park and turn it on again

what kinda smoke? have you done plug wires lately? May also have a bad frt motor mount?
Did it start right back up?
