1998 Cadillac Catera dont know what part is

ok so i have had this prob with the oil cooler blowing and it has been fixed but now i have a prob with the car wants to run ruff and dont want to move all that great like its lost its power and i ran a vacuum test on it and its low but i didnt know if that would cause that problem. If so i found the leak and its the sensor on the driver side upper intake right next to the oil fill spot and i dont know what its called so if u could help me out and at least tell me what that sensor is called it would be well appriciated thanks

can you get a picture? sure its a sensor and not a valve?
