Electrical problem
1997 Cadillac Catera 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 124000 miles

the radio and inside lights wont work if the key is on or if the car is running, but as soon as i turn the car off everything works. please help me fix this. some one said it was the anti theft. thanks
