Hi, I installed an aftermarket stereo using the Metra Bose interface module and it works great. My problem is after the install the interior lights are not working properly. The customer says sometimes they do sometimes they don't. Then today he called and said the light flickered after he turned the car off.
Is it possible something is loose? A schematic would be great. I am a mobile electronics installer with 10+ years of experience in the field and a degree electronic technology. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

So I assume it is the Bose system in the car? Looks like the Green/Yellow wire in slot E5 of theoriginal plug is for illumination signal.Try eliminating that wire just to see if it is what is interfering.I will include thediagram, if you cannot read it then send back your email and I will send it that way
