Engine Performance problem
1997 Cadillac Catera 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 115000 miles

I was told my heads need to be replace. The vehicle over heated and now there is a vanilla creamy substance in the water... Would this be why? My boyfriend is trying to replace heads. Are you able to walk me through the process.
