Interior problem
1991 Cadillac Brougham V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 84000 miles
greetings...front driver's seatbelt has stopped working (i.e.: it began having problems retracting. Now it will not pull out for use). I purchased a new complete seatbelt mechanism after being told by GM that this was not a repairable item - only replaceable with new. It was not inexpensive (near $300!)
Can you supply instructions on how to install this seatbelt? Front driver's side.....
