1992 Buick Skyhawk no power steering
Steering problem
1992 Buick Skyhawk 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 122000 miles
pressure line broke and threads in rack are striped. i can turn fine and have been driving it. will it be fine to continue driving it? will it hurt the rack pinion?

As long as you don't run it out of fluid, you'll be ok, but if you run it dry, you'll destroy your pump and that, in turn, wil ruin your rack.
