I lost the keys to my truck a couple of years ago and I want to start using the truck again. Can I just replace the ignition, and what does that entail, or how much would it cost, if I did the work?

yes you can just replace the ignition lock. here the tough part, if the lock wont turn forward then you have to drill out the release rod of the ignition cylinder in truck. normally you put in the key, turn to run and push a release button under ignition cylinder and lock pops out. but with no keys you have to drill out the push button. hope this helps
