Computer problem
1993 Buick Roadmaster V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

My car doesnt turn over. when you turn over the key it does nothing but the INFL REST light blinks. Can someone help me out what does it mean does it have something to do with it not starting. My flywheel was bad and it would Ching when u would start it, It chinged like normal and when i turn key again it went to start but i let go of ignition and now it doesnt do anything. Thannks
