1996 Buick Riviera Fans won't come on

Engine Cooling problem
1996 Buick Riviera 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

Have replaced fans and temp sending unit.
May need cool temp unit but can't find it on motor
Need digram and reason why fans won't come on they are all new

check fuses and cooling fan relay(s). if OK check engine coolant temp. sensor located under thermostat housing.

Replaced sensor then found out that fans don't come on until 220 degrees they now work
