1995 Buick Riviera stalling

1995 Buick Riviera 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 100000 miles
my car i just changed the fuel filter and the fuel pump is working but when i start it , it automatically stalls immediatly and when i give it gas it gets nothing.

Even if you hear the fuel pump come on check the fuel pressure with a fuel pressure gauge to rule out the fuel pump.
