1995 Buick Riviera 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

manifold got red hot -catalic convertor was completely stopped up, it melted a idleing position sensor off, I replaced sensor it won't start now. What is wrong? Did it jump time or what

I think it is the throttle positioner sensor. It has no adjustment slots

Can you give me a pic on it-the TPS is where the throttle linkage interconnect to the throttle shaft
